Fantastic photos of the eruption of Puyehue in Chile
Of about 1100 km from the capital, Santiago de Chile distant volcano Puyehue utters so much ash that now well-known tourist places like Bariloche on the Argentine side are entirely covered with ash.
And that would have implications not just for the tourism industry in this region advantageous because the winter season is coming up. But who wants to leave brown-black snow already on the Andean slopes. After all, the ash ceiling in some areas has already reached the height of 30 cm.
The surrounding villages around the volcano was already evacuated all of them until forced to leave their homes to 3 500 people. Especially because of the toxic gases which spread slowly in the direction Nilahue Valley, were replaced by locals.
But how terrible and always may be a volcanic eruption, the images are just as fascinating. In the search for suitable e pictures I came across the side of the BBC, which has unique pictures posted online. The times you should look at yourselves.
